A client was referred to us as they wanted to purchase £49,000 worth of Apple equipment.
They were passed on to us by the business that they were buying the equipment from, as the supplier was signed up to our Supplier Partnership Programme.
Throughout the purchase, the invoice had to be changed three times due to the customer continue to adding to their purchase.
One of our relationship managers visited the customer, along with the supplier, to discuss how to best approach the customer’s finance options.
An approach was agreed and the deal was paid out without any further delays. The customer of the supplier is now looking to work with us on a continual basis.
